It is a commitment check, not a cut of the work. The same small amount means both sides chose a 30-minute handshake and intend to show up. We don't take a percentage of the project—the €10 is the whole price.
Both sides are charged when the call is accepted. If the other side is a no-show, your €10 becomes credit for your next handshake. If Welance cannot provide the room, both payments are returned.
Each brief can have up to three active direct invitations and reach at most four different teams. If a team declines or doesn't answer within seven days, the slot opens again. Spontaneous applications do not count.
You decide together: another call, a proposal, a workshop, working directly or stopping there. Welance does not sit inside the relationship or take a commission.
