„Gut“ ist ein unscharfer Begriff geworden.
AI bent the curve in both directions at once — and this is measured, not a mood. Within eight months of ChatGPT, postings for automation-prone freelance work — routine writing, templated code — fell 21% on a major global platform; image-generation tools cut graphic-design postings a further 17%.
The same research found that the jobs which remain in those categories are more complex and pay more. Strategic, integrated, high-trust work did not get cheaper — it got scarcer and more valuable.
Die Frage lautet 2026 deshalb nicht: Was ist ein fairer Stundensatz? Sondern: Bezahle ich für etwas, das ein Modell nicht für mich hätte erledigen können, oder bezahle ich jemanden dafür, ein Modell für mich zu bedienen? Das sind zwei verschiedene Produkte zu zwei verschiedenen Preisen.

If someone ships in 8 hours what used to take 40, hourly billing pays them five times less for the same outcome. And measured AI gains are wildly uneven: in the best-known field study, novices got 34% faster while seasoned experts gained almost nothing. An hour has stopped being a comparable unit of value. Fixed scope prices the result; hourly still makes sense where the scope genuinely can’t be fixed yet.
One more data point, against our own hype: in a 2025 randomized trial, experienced developers using AI tools were 19% slower — while believing they were 20% faster. Self-reported AI productivity is not something you can bill by.

The global map, as honestly as we can draw it. Price is one factor; timezone overlap, language, retention and handoff cost are the others. Offshore rates are real and can be the right call for well-scoped isolated work — they tend to break on fuzzy scope, complex product and tight review cycles.

Warum überhaupt eine Untergrenze?
Weil unterhalb von etwa 10.000 € kein Raum mehr bleibt für den Teil, der ein Projekt gelingen lässt: das Problem verstehen, über die Form streiten, es sauber bauen und noch da sein, wenn etwas bricht. Unter der Grenze kaufen Sie Stunden, darüber kaufen Sie ein Ergebnis.
Eine Untergrenze ist außerdem die einzige ehrliche Art, ein Verzeichnis zu betreiben, das keinen Prozentsatz nimmt. Wir verdienen nichts an der Größe Ihres Projekts – Veröffentlichen ist kostenlos, Bewerben ist kostenlos, und 10 € von jeder Seite buchen den Termin. Würden wir Aufträge für 800 € listen, müssten wir über die Menge Geld verdienen, und die Anreize würden sich still und leise umkehren.
Warum €30 nach dem Start?
Eine 30-minütige Einführung benötigt auf beiden Seiten etwa eine halbe Stunde professionelle Zeit. €30 liegt am unteren Ende der oben genannten Stundensätze von €60–120. Während des Starts reduzieren wir diesen Verbindlichkeitscheck bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 auf €10 pro Seite.
